摘 要:通过载铜可以实现吸附剂的选择性脱硫。采用壳聚糖作为铜分散剂制备新型碳基纳米铜材料,利用多种官能团与铜的络合作用,在达到高载铜量的同时避免产生脱硫活性差的体相铜。深入研究壳聚糖对铜分散性的作用规律,系统地测试脱硫再生过程对变压器油的物理化学性质、电气性能的影响,以揭示材料的结构、组成与脱硫效果的构效关系,探讨吸附脱硫机理,实现高效脱硫纳米铜材料的合理设计与可控制备。研究结果不仅对于新型高效脱硫剂的研发具有重要的理论价值,而且对加快变压器油再生的商业化进程具有重要的应用价值。The recycling of transformer oil by selective desulfurization could be achieved by using thesorbent bearing copper. In this paper, a novel carbon-based nano-copper material was designed andprepared with chitosan as copper dispersant. By the complexation between various functional groupsand copper, the material with high copper load can be obtained, which could avoid poor bulk copper.This research focused on the role of chitosan in copper dispersion regularity, analyzed the effect ofdesulfurization and regeneration process on the physical and chemical properties of transformer oil, re-vealed the relationship between structure, composition and desulfurization effect and studied the ad-sorption desulfurization mechanism with the hope to realize the rational design and controllable prepa-ration of nano-copper materials with high desulfurization efficiency. The result is not only of great sci-entific significance and important theoretical value for the research and development of new high effi-ciency desulfurization adsorbent, but also of important application value for accelerating the commer-cialization process of transformer oil regeneration.
