摘　　要：利用国家知识产权局互联网检索数据库Soo Pat专利数据库,采集2004年1月1日至2013年12月31日期间的LED驱动电源技术专利文献,建立LED驱动电源专利数据库.再选择国家知识产权局专利信息服务平台分析系统分别从专利申请区域分布、IPC技术类别分布和专利申请人分布等方面,对LED驱动电源技术专利进行了深入的分析,提出了发展广东省LED驱动电源技术的专利策略.Utilizing the internet search database - the SooPat database of the State Intelligence Property Office （SIPO） of the P.R.C, a patent database about LED driving power source is established by retrieving the patent documents applied dating from Jan. 1st 2004 to Feb. 31st 2013. Then using the patent information analysis platform system of the SIPO, a refined and comprehensive analysis on the competitive power of Huizhou＇s patent application is carried out with respect to the application region distribution, the IPC distribution, and the applier distribution. A patent strategy about how to develop the technology of LED driving power source is pro- posed at last.
