摘　　要：针对当前学术不端现象屡见不鲜,以及学术不端行为给学术环境带来的污染,给社会进步造成的严重危害,探讨了科技期刊编辑人员及其科技期刊管理者应严格把控稿件审核流程,科学制定采稿规则,加强编辑人员的思想道德建设,在编辑职业操守和期刊成就之间找到平衡点.提出了科技期刊应强强联手,发挥行业力量,扩大防御阵营,从而增强科技期刊的自净能力,抵制学术不端现象.Academic misconduct is often seen. Academic misconduct behavior not only ctegraaes me acauemlc environment, but also undermines the social progress. The editorial staff and management should strictly control the manuscript review process, follow the scientific institute rules for manuscript, and strengthen editorial thought construction, to find a balance between editorial ethics and periodical achievements. All science jour- nals should join together, fully display industry strength, and empower the editors＇ team. Thereby it would im- prove the self-purifying ability of journal of science and technology to better eliminate academic misconduct.
