摘　　要：针对影响临床医学类期刊编辑审稿决策能力的因素,采取相应措施提高编辑审稿决策能力,主要包括:加强对临床医学类期刊编辑专业知识培养,提高编辑的专业知识水平,鼓励编辑进行再学习,并从专家审稿过程中学习专业知识,参与医生查房及交接班,向专业人员学习;提高临床医学类期刊编辑的素养,调动编辑的工作积极性,开阔编辑国际视野;提高编辑组稿能力,遵循严格的审稿原则,运用审稿技巧提高工作效率.Aimed at the factors of influencing clinical medical journal editors reviewing decision-making , the paper takes relevant measures to improve the decision-making ability of editorial review, mainly includes： strengthening the education of clinical medical journal editors professional knowledge, improving the profession- al knowledge level of editors, encouraging editors for further education, and learning professional knowledge from the peer review process, involving in the doctors＇ patient rounds and succession sessions, and learning from the professionals. It also has to improve the quality of the clinical medical journal editors, arouse the en- thusiasm of the editors to open their minds internationally. And the last is to improve the ability of edit contri- butions solicitation, follow the strict principle of peer review, and use the peer review skills to improve work ef- ficiency.
