摘　　要：文章以湖南省公共图书馆对读者的政府信息服务为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,了解读者在公共图书馆获取政府信息的现状,从而分析出图书馆在政务信息公开中的作用,进一步探索公共图书馆提高读者服务效率的新方法。This paper takes Hunan Provincial Public Library services about government information to readers as the object of the research. We know the status of readers access to government information in the public libraries by the way of questionnaires, aim to analyze the role of libraries in the government information disclosure, and explore the new methods of how the Public Library to improve efficiency of reader＇s service.
