摘　　要：在以往创新能力指数研究的基础上,根据2012年国家工程技术研究中心数据,采用层次分析法,对不同技术领域、不同单位性质以及不同区域的国家工程技术研究中心进行技术创新能力指数测算,为评价国家工程技术研究中心的建设成效、运行管理与整体优化布局提供参考。National Engineering Research Center is an important part of national science and technology development strate‐gy .Based on the previous studies on the Innovation Index ,this paper establishes the Technological Innovation indicator system ,consulting design standard of the State Ministry of Science and Technology ,and describes the estimation of the in‐dicator system based on A HP method .Finally ,the Technological Innovation Index of National Engineering Research Cen‐ter according to the data in the period of 2012 has been shown by industry ,unit character and region .The purpose of this paper is to provide some relevant suggestions for development and improvement of National Engineering Research Center and optimizing the science and technology resource distribution .
