不同企业规模下智力资本对发电企业价值影响的差异研究

摘　　要：随着经济全球化的推动及信息技术的发展,智力资本一跃成为提升企业价值新的增长点,对于发电企业同样如此。本文综合考虑了电力行业资源密集度高、规模效益明显、宏观政策调控较严、社会关系复杂等行业特征,运用方差分析及回归分析研究了大、中型发电企业智力资本对企业价值的影响差异。结果表明,大型及中型发电企业智力资本水平存在显著差异,中型发电企业更关注对智力资本的投入,隐藏价值更高;智力资本各要素在不同规模的企业中对企业价值的影响程度存在差异。With the push of economic globalization and the development of information technology, the intellectual capital becomes a new growth point in improving enterprise value. In this paper, we considered the features of power industry including high resource intensity, obvious scale performance, tough macro regulation and the complex social relation. And we studied the intellectual capital＇s different influences on enterprise value in large and medium-sized power generation enterprise by ANOVA and multiple regression. The results showed that the intellectual capital of large and medium power generation enterprise varied greatly. And the medium power generation enterprise focused more on the investment of intellectual capital, whose hidden value was higher. Furthermore, in the power generation enterprises of varying size, the elements of intellectual capital impacted the enterprise value differently.
