摘　　要：村级两委关系是大学生村官成长的重要外部环境。本文着重研究村级两委冲突对大学生村官成长的影响,同时对大学生村官个体差异变量的控制,把大学生村官当成一个整体作为研究对象。研究发现,两委冲突的前中期阶段对大学生村官在思想品质、工作能力和身心健康等三方面的破坏性影响大于其建设性影响,但在两委冲突的后期阶段,效果却相反。The village committee relationship is an important external environment for college- graduate-village-official to grow. This paper focuses on the conflict of village committee influencing on growth of college student village-official. Controling the difference of the variable, it is considered as a whole to the research object. The study found that effects of the Conflict of village committee on college-graduate-village-official growth are much more constructive than destructive, including their ideological quality, work ability and physical and psychological health. But in the late stage of the conflict the effects are opposite.
