摘　　要：新中国之加入联合国,既是中国政府坚持斗争、反霸权、反"两个中国"图谋的成果,也是当时操控着联合国的美国出于国家利益考虑调整其全球战略的结果。这样的大是大非背景也预示着中美关系的发展还需要双方付出更多的努力。China＇s joining of the United Nations is both the result of the Chinese government＇s insisting of fighting against hegemony and the conspiracy of ＂Two Chinas＂ and also the result of readjustment of global strategy of America out of its national interest which then had the control of the United Nations. This background of major issues of right and wrong signals that more bilateral efforts are needed to further develop the Sino-American relationship.
