摘　　要：互联网金融是目前金融领域最引人瞩目的潮流之一。本文对比了互联网金融与传统银行之间的本质差异与各自挑战,探讨了两者之间的融合路径与改进方向,从传统银行角度,提出谋求互联网金融与传统银行的最大交集、抓好务实超前研究、树立底线思维三点思考。本文的目的,是在互联网金融已对传统银行全面触动的关键节点上,思考两者如何对接与融合、推测未来可能发生的变化、互联网思维的深远影响以及我们的对策,确立在大数据时代背景下银行业成功走向未来的思路。The Intemet finance is becoming one of the most striking trends in finance field. Compared with the difference and challenges, the paper has discussed the integration path and improvement direction between the intemet finance and traditional banks. From the point of traditional banks, the paper put forward three suggestions. The meaning of this paper lies in pointing out the suceesful direction of traditional banks under the challenge of intemet finance in big data era.
