清末满人眼中的“满汉畛域”

摘　　要：民族主义思潮和革命排满思想的传播,使清末满人面临巨大压力。满人精英群体认为,满人也是满汉政策的受害者,他们受制于军制,无经济自由,生活穷困;主张八旗应予撤销,但要照顾满人实际困难,他们期望通过满汉改革统合国家认同。这一主张因化除"满汉畛域"没能认真实行,改革失败,没有挽救国运。Nationalism and revolutions against Manchu put great pressure to Manchu People in late Qing Dynasty. Manchu elite groups believed that they were also the victims of Manchu -Han Distinction Policy ;they were subjec- ted to the military system,living a poor life without economic freedom. They suggested that the system of Eight Ban- ners be revoked but the difficulties of Manchu People be solved. They expected that the reform would help to reach Manchu - Han integration. But the proposition was not successful and the reform failed.
