河南省高校科技服务能力影响因素的灰关联分析——基于五类高校的调查研究

摘　　要：以河南省高校发展现状为背景,对河南及周边五省高校的科技服务能力进行定量指标的比较。比较发现,河南省高校科技服务能力处于中等偏下水平。在此基础上,提出影响河南省高校科技服务能力发展的8个主要因素,并对其影响力度大小进行灰色关联分析。分析表明,高校所拥有的人力资源以及受国家政策倾斜性高校数量是影响河南省高校科技服务能力的主要因素。In the context of universities’ development in Henan Province, this paper compares Henan and five surrounding prov-inces with the university science and technology service capability in quantitative indicators. By comparison, the paper finds out that the university science and technology service capability of Henan province is in the lower-middle level. On this basis, the paper puts out 8 main factors which affect the university science and technology service capability of Henan province, and the effect size of those factors is done grey relational analysis. Analysis shows that the number of human resources and national policies in the universities is the main factors which affects Henan’ s university science and technology service capability.
