摘　　要：驱逐出境制度在刑法和行政法中都有规定,容易产生混淆。而且,刑法中的驱逐出境制度比较笼统,可操作性比较差,应对附加适用问题、时限问题以及执行问题进行探讨。Deportation system is stipulated in criminal law and administrative law. In judicial practice, we always easily confuse those two types of deportation. Deportation system in criminal law is quite general, and operability is relatively poor, so it is necessary to further clarify and refine the deportation system. This paper studies the deportation system in criminal law and in administrative law. Application and implementation issues, the issue of time are the focus of this paper.
