摘  要:"水平井+体积压裂"有效改善安83区块长7致密油藏的开发,与此同时,水平井井筒出砂情况日益严重,直接影响油井正常生产。传统方法冲砂时,冲砂管柱接单根必须停泵,由于地层严重亏空,导致返排率极低,同时存在卡钻的井下风险。为解决这一问题,采油工艺研究所近期引入水平井"负压旋流+连续冲砂"工艺管柱,水平井旋流连续冲砂工艺技术是利用普通油管实现水平井反循环旋流连续冲砂的,接单根过程中不停泵,可防止砂粒下沉和砂卡事故发生,同时提高返排率,减少地层漏失量。该工艺的配套工具主要由井口循环工具和井下冲砂工具2部分组成。该项工艺在胡尖山油田应用获得成功,返排率提高23%,取得较好的经济和环境效益。"The horizontal well fracturing + volume" to effectively improve the development,an 83 block long 7 dense oil reservoir at the same time, the horizontal well sanding becomes increasingly serious,directly affect the normal production of oil well.The traditional method of sand, sand column connection must stop the pump,because the formation of serious deficit,resulting in flowback rate is extremely low,at the same time the existence of downhole risk of sticking. In order to solve this problem,production technology research institute recently introduced horizontal wells "negative pressure swirl + continuous sand washing" process pipe column,horizontal well cyclone continuous sand washing technology is the use of horizontal wells in ordinary tubing to realize the reverse circulation cyclone continuous sand washing,pump does not stop the connection process, preventing the sand sinking and sand card the accident happened at the same time,increase the flowback rate,reduce the leakage formation.The process of matching tool is mainly composed of wellhead circulation tool and downhole sand washing tool is composed of 2 parts. The process succeed in Hujianshan oil field,flowback rate increased 23 %, and achieved good economic and environmental benefits.
