摘  要:目的研究江苏省淮安地区汉族人群DAB2IP基因多态性(rs7025486)与冠心病及其严重程度的相关性。方法采用Taqman—MGB技术检测277例冠心病患者(冠心病组)和343名健康受试者(对照组)rs7025486基因型。结果冠心病组和对照组rs7025486基因型AA、AG、GG频率分别为9.0%、47.3%、43.7%和19.8%、44.9%、35.3%,等位基因A、G频率分别为32.7%、67.3%和42.3%、57.8%,2组间基因型频率和等位基因频率的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。G等位基因患者患冠心病的风险高于A等位基因的患者(P=0.001,OR=1.515,CI=1.200~1.914)。结论江苏淮安地区汉族人群DAB2IP基因存在多态性,其与冠心病发病有关。Objective To investigate the genotype distribution of rs7025486 in Chinese Han population and to explore the association between DAB2 interaction protein (DAB2IP) gene polymorphism and the onset and the severity of coronal arterial disease (CAD). Methods 277 CHD patients (CHD group) diagnosed by angiography and 343 normal controls (control group) were recruited in this study. Taqman -MGB technique was employed to determine the genotype of rs7025486. Genotype and allele distributions were compared between CAD group and control group. Results The frequencies of rs7025486 genotype of AA, AG, and GG in CAD group and control group were 9.0% , 47.3% , 43.7% and 19.8%, 44.9%, 35.3%, respectively,2 the frequencies of allele A and G in CAD group and control group were 32.7% , 67.3% and 42.3% , 57.8% , respectively. The genotype and allele distributions were significantly different between CAD group and control group (P 〈0.05). G allele carried a higher risk for CHD than A allele (P =0. 001 ,OR = 1. 515, CI = 1. 200 - 1. 914). Conclusions DAB2IP gene polymorphism exists in Chinese Han population in Huai'an district of Jiangsu Province and it is associated to the onset of CAD.
