云南省水资源与经济社会发展协调趋势研究

摘　　要：为分析云南省社会经济发展与水资源的协调性，利用2000~2012年统计数据，选择人均水资源量、单位面积产水量、饮用水源水质达标率、水资源开发利用率、人均用水量、城市化率、人口自然增长率、人均GDP、第三产业比重、万元GDP用水量等10个指标对该省水资源与经济社会发展的协调适宜性进行了分析。结果表明，近年来云南省水资源与社会发展的适宜性在中度适宜到低度适宜之间，且有降低趋势。针对水资源与社会经济发展不协调的原因，提出了加大水利工程建设力度、提高用水效率、防治水污染等对策。In order to analyze the degree of coordination between water resources and social-economic development in Yunnan Province, by using the statistic data of 2000~2012 and according to 10 indexes of per capita water resources, unit-area water yielding, up-to-standard rate of drinking water sources, water resources development and utilization rate, per capita water use amount, urbanization rate, natural growth rate of population, per capita GDP, proportion of the third industry, water use amount for 10000 Yuan GDP, the coordination and suitability between water resources and social -economic development of Yunnan Province are analyzed. The analysis results show that the suitability between water resources and social-economic development is in a moderate and low degree and has a downtrend. In view of the un-coordinative causes, the countermeasures of enhancing water resources works construction, improving water use efficiency, controlling water pollution etc. are suggested.
