摘　　要：肿瘤多药耐药(multi-drug resistance,MDR)是目前肿瘤临床化疗失败的主要原因之一,中药具有低毒高效和多阶段性作用的特点,其优势已在逆转肿瘤MDR的研究中逐步受到重视。目前已发现多种中药中具有逆转肿瘤MDR的作用,该文对近年来中药在逆转肿瘤MDR领域的现状进行分析及并对最新研究成果进行综述。Multi-drug resistance （MDR） is one of the major obstacles to successful chemotherapy for tumors. Traditional Chinese medicine that can reverse MDR has been intensely studied because of its low toxicity, high efficacy and multi-targets. In recent years, more and more traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has been found to be effective in reversing MDR. In this review, we analyze the current status of traditional Chinese medicine on reversing tumor MDR and describe recent progress on it.
