怡肾抗凝散穴位贴敷治疗肾病综合征60例

摘　　要：目的:观察怡肾抗凝散穴位贴敷治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将112例患者随机分为治疗组60例、对照组52例。对照组给予低盐、低脂、优质、低蛋白饮食,联合激素口服及环磷酰胺(CTX)治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予怡肾抗凝散穴位贴敷双侧肾俞、膀胱俞及膏肓俞。2组总疗程均为半年,治疗期间均未采用其他针对本病的治疗措施。观察2组治疗前、治疗后2个月、治疗后3个月及治疗后半年时血小板计数(Plt)、纤维蛋白原定量(Fib)、白蛋白(Alb)、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)的变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为88.46%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。Alb、TC、TG、Plt及Fib治疗前后组内比较,2组均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2个月,治疗组与对照组相比,Alb、TC、TG、Plt及Fib均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月比较,TC、TG无统计学意义(P>0.05),Alb、Plt、Fib有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月比较,Alb、TC、TG、Plt及Fib均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:怡肾抗凝散穴位贴敷能够改善患者的高凝倾向。Objective： To observe curative effects of YiShen KangNing powder strapping in the treatment for nephrotic syndrome. Methods： All 112 patients were randomly divided into 60 cases of the treatment group and 52 cases of the control group. The control group were given with low salt, low fat, high quality, low protein diet, oral administration of hormone and CTX, the treatment group received acupoint application of YiShen KangNing powder to Shen Shu（BL23）, Pang Guang Shu（BL28） and Gao Mang Shu（BL43） bilaterally. The whole courses of the treatment for both groups were half of one year, other therapeutic measures were not given to the patients during therapeutic courses. The changes of platelet count（Plt）, quantitative fibrinogen（Fib）, albumin（Alb）, total cholesterol（TC） and triglyceride（TG） in both groups were observed before treating, in two months, three months and half of the year after treating. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, higher than 88.46% of the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The comparison in Alb, TC, TG, Plt and Fib between before and after treating had statistical meaning in both groups（P〈0.05）; in two months after treating, the comparison between both groups had no statistical meaning in Alb, TC, TG, Plt and Fib（P〉0.05）; the comparison had no statistical meaning in TC and TG in three months after treating（P〉0.05）, it showed statistical meaning in Alb, Plt and Fib（P〈0.05）; the comparison had statistical meaning in Alb, TC, TG, Plt and Fib in six months after treating（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：YiShen KangNing powder strapping could improve hypercoagulation inclination of the patients.
