参味复脉汤治疗心律失常80例

摘　　要：目的:观察参味复脉汤治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将80例心律失常患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,观察组给予中药参味复脉汤治疗,对照组给予盐酸胺碘酮片治疗。治疗2个疗程后比较2组临床疗效和中医证候积分改善情况。结果:总有效率观察组为90.00%,对照组为77.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医证候评分2组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参味复脉汤治疗心律失常临床疗效显著,能有效改善证候评分。Objective： To observe curative effects of ShenWei FuMai Tang in treating arrhythmia. Methods：Eighty patients were randomized into two groups, the observation group were treated by ShenWei FuMai Tang and the control group by amiodarone hydrochloride tablets. Curative effects of both groups and the improvements of TCM syndrome scales were compared after two courses of the treatment. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, higher than 77.5% of the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The difference showed statistical meaning in TCM syndrome scales of both groups between before and after treating（P〈0.05）, the observation group was superior to the control group remarkably（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ShenWei FuMai Tang is effective in treating arrhythmia, and it could improve syndrome scales evidently.
