滋阴凉血、清利导热法治疗肾性血尿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴凉血、清利导热法治疗肾性血尿的临床疗效。方法:将126例肾性血尿患者随机分为观察组、对照组各63例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上使用滋阴凉血、清利导热法治疗。2组均以治疗1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。结果:总有效率观察组为98.41%,对照组为85.71%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。头晕乏力、腰脊酸痛、小腹坠胀、耳鸣、小便清长、足面部浮肿等症状评分观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗基础上加用滋阴凉血、清利导热法治疗肾性血尿临床疗效显著,可大幅改善临床症状。Objective： To survey therapeutic effects of the method of Yin-nourishing, blood-cooling and heat-clearing in treating renal hematuria. Methods： All 126 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, the control group received routine treatment of western medicine and the observation group were treated by the method of Yin-nourishing, blood-cooling and heat-clearing. One month was one course of the treatment, and both groups were treated for three consecutive courses of the treatment. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.41%, higher than 85.71% of the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The observation group was obviously lower than the control group in the symptom scales including dizziness, lassitude,waist soreness, abdominal sagging distension, tinnitus, clear urine in large amounts, swelling of the foot and face（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： On the foundation of western medicine therapy, the method of Yin-nourishing, blood-cooling and heat-clearing is effective in treating renal hematuria, and it could improve clinical symptoms extensively.
