滋阴补肾方治疗肝肾阴虚围绝经期功血40例

摘　　要：目的：观察滋阴补肾方治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期功血（PDUB）的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。对照组于出血期口服断血流颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d,血止后继续服用7～14天。观察组于出血期口服滋阴补肾方,1剂/d,早晚分服,血止后继续服用7～14天。2组均以治疗1个出血周期为1个疗程,连用3个疗程。结果：总有效率观察组为87.50%,对照组为67.50%,2组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。血清促卵泡生成素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、子宫内膜厚度2组治疗后均明显改善（P〈0.05）,观察组改善更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：滋阴补肾方治疗肝肾阴虚型PDUB疗效显著,可调节生殖激素水平及子宫内膜厚度。Objective： To observe clinical effects of Yin-nourishing kidney-invigorating prescription in treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding（PDUB） of liver-kidney Yin-deficiency pattern. Methods： Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the control group took Duan Xue Liu granules, one pack each time, three times per day, they continued to take it for seven to 14 days when the bleeding was stopped, and the observation group Yin-nourishing kidney-invigorating prescription, one dose per day, taking it in the morning and evening, they continued to take it for seven to 14 days when the bleeding was stopped. One course of the treatment was one bleeding cycle, and both groups were treated for three courses of the treatment. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%, higher than 67.50% of the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The levels of FSH, LH, E2 and P, endometrial thickness of both groups were improved after treating（P〈0.05）, the improvement of the observation group was more obvious（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Yin-nourishing kidney-invigorating prescription is effective in treating PUDB of liver-kidney Yin-deficiency pattern, it could regulate the levels of reproductive hormone and endometrial thickness.
