心理护理及独一味胶囊口服对过敏性紫癜性肾炎疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察心理护理对独一味胶囊过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)疼痛程度的影响。方法:将60例HSPN伴疼痛的患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例,2组均采用常规药物治疗及护理,观察组给予独一味胶囊治疗及心理护理。2组均以连续治疗7天为1个疗程,观察镇痛效果。结果:总有效率观察组为90.0%,对照组为56.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为10.0%,对照组为6.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理有助于减轻采用独一味胶囊治疗的过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者的疼痛程度,且无明显的不良反应。Objective： To observe the effects of DuYiWei capsule and nursing on the pain degrees of the patients with Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis（HSPN）. Methods： Sixty HSPN patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, both groups accepted conventional medicine and routine care, the observation group were given with DuYiWei capsule and psychological nursing, one course of the treatment was seven days, both groups were treated for one course of the treatment and analgesic effects were observed. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, higher than 56.7% of the control group with significant difference（P 0.05）. Adverse reaction incidence of the observation group was 10.0%, higher than 6.7% of the control group with notable difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： DuYiWei capsule combined with nursing are effective in alleviating the pain of the patients with HSPN, and they show no obvious adverse reaction.
