苄星青霉素注射方法改进与临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肌肉注射苄星青霉素的最佳方式。方法:将102例患者随机分为观察组51例(注射232次)、对照组51例(注射245次),对照组采用注射进针前针头内保留苄星青霉素溶液进行注射,观察组采用进针前针头内保留0.5%利多卡因溶液诱导注射,比较2组一次注射成功率及患者的疼痛度。结果:一次注射成功率观察组为96.98%,对照组为61.63%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛程度观察组较对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论:采用利多卡因溶液诱导下苄星青霉素注射方法针头无堵塞,一次注射成功率高,患者疼痛明显减轻。Objective： To explore intramuscular injection ways of benzathine benzylpenicillin injection. Methods： All 102 patients were randomized into the observation group（232 times） and the control group（245 times）, 51 cases each group, the control group received the injection by keeping benzathine benzylpenicillin injection in the front of syringe needle before the injection and the observation group by keeping 0.5% lidocaine hydrochloride injection induction in the front of syringe needle, once injection success rate of both groups and pain degrees of the patients were compared. Results： Once injection success rate of the observation group was 96.98%, higher than 61.63%of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The observation group was lighter than the control group in pain degrees（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There is no blocking of syringe needle in the injection method of benzathine benzylpenicillin under the induction of lidocaine hydrochloride injection, the injecting method demonstrates high once success rate and the pain of the patient is alleviated obviously.
