基于Pro/E软件下正弦曲面体零件的构建

摘　　要：Pro/E是一款集CAD/CAM/CAE功能一体化的综合性三维软件。在构建函数曲线构成的曲面体时,利用传统构建方法难以满足构建效率和精度要求。本文以正弦曲面体零件为例,巧妙地运用Pro/E软件中的CAD模块,通过"基准特征"中"曲线"选项,"从方程"调入曲线函数公式,即可快捷、精确实现正弦曲线的绘制。在绘制函数曲线时具有独特的优势,为今后绘制其它函数曲线提供了良好的借鉴,也为Pro/E软件中CAM/CAE模块的学习奠定了基础。Pro / E is a set of 3- d software integrated the functions of CAD / CAM / CAE. In the building of surface formed by function curve,traditional method cannot meet the requirements of building efficiency and precision. Based on sinusoidal curved surface parts as a case study,this paper skillfully uses the CAD module of Pro / E software,through the ＂ curve＂ option in the ＂ baseline characteristics＂,and transfers into curvilinear function formula ＂from equation＂,accomplishes fast and accurate realization of sine curve drawing. This method has a unique advantage for drawing function curve,provides good reference for future practice and lays foundation for the of learning of Pro / E software CAM / CAE module.
