摘 要:借助有限元分析软件ANSYS,综合考虑了法兰各部件间的接触作用、螺栓预紧作用以及O型环的材料非线性,对一使用金属O型环密封的非标准法兰进行密封性能分析.参考ASME规范,校核了法兰的密封性能.进一步的计算表明:在一定条件下,O型环和法兰密封面间的最大接触压力与内压之间存在线性相关性.进而结合操作密封比压与内压之间的关系,可以得到法兰的极限内压.对于使用金属O型环密封的法兰连接结构,该研究能为法兰的优化设计与密封性能预测提供参考.The sealing performance of non-standard flange sealed with the metal O-ring is analyzed with finite element analysis software ANSYS, considering the contact interaction between components, the bolt pretension and the material nonlinearity of the O-ring. The flange sealing performance is checked according to ASME code. The numeric results indicate that, in some condition, there is a linear correlation between internal pressures and maximum contact pressure on the sealing interface between the O-ring and flange. Then the flange sealing performance can be predicted by the relationship between operation sealing pressures and interl^al pressures. The study provides reference value for optimization design and sealing performance prediction of the flange sealed with the metal O-ring.
