壳聚糖桥接修复大鼠臂丛神经缺损的实验研究

摘  要:目的:用壳聚糖桥接Wistar大鼠缺损的臂丛神经,探讨其修复效果。方法:30只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,A组为空白对照组,B组为神经原位缝合组,C组为应用壳聚糖神经导管连接组。各组分别切断臂丛正中神经后做相应处理。12周后,进行神经电生理检测及神经组织HE染色观察。结果:A组神经损伤处愈合完好,电生理值接近正常数值;B组神经损伤处修复,神经传导功能恢复。C组12周后,壳聚糖吸收,神经已经长过缺损段,神经传导功能恢复。结论:壳聚糖可作为良好的载体桥接大鼠缺损的臂丛神经,可用于臂丛损伤的治疗。Objective :To investigate the effect of bridge grafting repair of neurological defect in the brachial plexus of Wistar rats with chitosan .Methods :30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Group A (control group) , Group B( situ nerve suture group) and Group C (artificial neural bridge grafting group) .The proper management and treatment were given to the rats in the three groups after their nervus medianus of brachial plexus were cut off ,with the nerve tissues tested by nerve electrophysiology instrument and observed by H -E stain 12 weeks later .Results :Nerve in_jury healed well in group A 12 weeks later ,with the electrophysiology test value close to the normal .Nerve injury was re_paired in group B ,with nerve transmission recovered .The bridged nerves grew past the defect section in group C ,with nerve conduction function restored .Conclusion:Chitosan can be used as a ideal carrier to bridge brachial plexus for the treatment of neurological defect in the brachial plexus .
