摘  要:动脉硬化病变是心脑血管疾病的病理生理学基础,包括管壁病变与管腔病变。有创性的血管功能检查对于动脉硬化病变具有良好的预测作用,但由于其有创、操作复杂、价格昂贵及并发症等原因,限制了其在临床工作中的应用。无创性动脉硬化检测以其无创、简单、易操作、经济,在临床中得到了广泛的运用,其常用的检测指标有脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV)、反射波的增强指数(Augmentation Index,AI)、踝臂指数(ankle-brachial index,ABI)、颈动脉内中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)等。本文就肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity,Ba PWV)的临床应用现状做一综述。Atheroselerosis is the pathophysiological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including pipe wall lesions and lu- minal lesions. Invasive vascular function deteetionc can bring about a good prediction for atherosclerotic lesions, but its application in clinical prac- tice has been limited because of its complicated operation, invasion, higher cost and complications. Nouinvasive detection of arteriosclerosis is sim- ple, easy to operate and cheap, so it has been widely used in clinical practice. The common measurements of noninvasive detection include pulse wave velocity ( PWV), augmentation index of reflected wave ( AI), ankle braehial index ( ABI), carotid artery intima - media thickness ( IMT), etc. Summarization of the current clinical application of brachial ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) has been presented in this paper.
