摘  要:云南某铜铅矿原矿含铜0.59%、含铅2.40%、含银41.61 g/t,铜的氧化率69.59%、铅的氧化率68.33%,是一个氧硫混合铜铅矿。针对该矿石氧化率高的特点。进行了不同硫化剂、工艺流程来回收氧化铜和氧化铅的试验研究。试验结果表明以硫化钠为氧化铅的硫化剂,以D2为氧化铜的硫化剂,可实现氧化铅与氧化铜的有效选别与分离,得到的氧化铜精矿铜品位25.29%,回收率44.49%,含银1044.90 g/t;氧化铅精矿铅品位55.71%,回收率41.99%,含银364.7 g/t。One Yunnan copper raw ore contains copper 0. 59%,lead 2. 40%,silver 41. 61 g / t,the oxidation rate of copper is69. 56%,the oxidation rate of lead is 68. 33%,which is a oxygen and sulfur mixed copper-lead ore. According to the high oxidation rate feature of this ore,we did the experimental study on recovery of copper oxide and lead oxide with different sulfuring reagent and process flow.The test results show the effective selection and separation of lead oxide and copper oxide can be realized that the sodium sulfide is the sulfuring reagent of lead oxide,and the D2 is the sulfuring reagent of copper oxide,we can get the concentrate grade of copper oxide is25. 29%,the recovery rate is 44. 49%,the silver content is 1044. 90 g / t; as well as the concentrate grade of lead oxide is 55. 71%,the recovery rate is 41. 99%,silver content is 364. 7 g / t.
