摘 要:为了提高滇润楠苗木质量和造林成活率,开展不同切根强度和不同浓度植物生长调节剂(ABT)浸泡处理对滇润楠苗木质量影响的试验。结果表明:对滇润楠进行春季切根处理能有效提高苗木质量。切除主根长度的1/2能显著提高苗木Ⅰ级侧根数和地上部分鲜质量,其苗高、地径、地上部分鲜质量和全株干质量均显著大于对照。ABT处理能使苗木主根和侧根生长加快,苗木生物量与对照差异显著,特别是苗高、地上部分鲜质量及全株干质量与对照差异达极显著。Experiment of different cutting intensity and different concentration of growth regulators of Machilus yunnanensiswasb were conducted to improve the seedling quality and survival rate of afforestation. The results showed that,spring root cutting treatment could effectively improve the quality of Machilus yunnanensiswasb. The treatment of taproots were truncated 1 /2 could significantly improve the number of grade I lateral roots and overground part fresh weight,and the seedling height,ground diameter,overground part fresh weight and whole plant dry weight were significantly greater than CK. The treatment of ABT at different concentrations could make taproots and lateral roots grow faster. There were significant difference in biomass,especially in seedling height,overground part fresh weight and whole plant dry weight between experiment and control group.
