摘  要:介绍我国电力金具的发展状况及发展前景,提出目前耐张线夹常见的故障及常用的诊断方法。针对某断路器出现保护动作跳闸,重合闸动作不成功的状况,经排查发现某耐张线夹引流段搭接处烧断脱落。通过材质分析、宏观分析、能谱分析、X射线分析得出结论螺栓在运行过程中严重锈蚀、松动,螺栓和铝板之间发生放电,在电流过大时螺栓和铝板发生熔化所致。最后给出预防耐张线夹故障的措施。First introduced the development of China's electrical fittings and development prospects,proposed the current common faults and common diagnosis methods of strain clamp. For a certain breaker occurs protection tripping and can not reclosing successfully,as the investigation found that certain segments Clamp drainage lap blown off. By material analysis,macro analysis,spectrum analysis,X- ray analysis concluded bolts severe corrosion,loose,discharge occurs between the bolt and aluminum during operation,when the electric current is too large due to the melting of bolts and aluminum. Finally,measures are given to prevent the fault of clamp.
