摘　　要：首先,通过有限元方法对风力发电中机架与夹紧法兰连接螺栓进行了计算,得到了螺栓疲劳损伤与预紧力之间的关系;然后综合考虑连接面分离准则、强度准则和疲劳准则,确定了最佳的预紧力范围。The fatigue damage of bolts between frame and clamping flange is analyzed under different pre-tightening force by FEA to obtain the relationship between the pre-tension and fatigue damage. Then,the optimal preload range are determined in consideration of the contact state of connection interface, ultimate strength and fatigue life.
