摘　　要：为了确保基于图像处理的产品在线检测系统的检测精度,同时简化其软件系统的开发难度,此项目研究了以Matlab2010a为平台的生产线自动分选系统产品合格评判算法以及基于COM技术的VB.NET与Matlab2010a混合开发的实现方法;实验结果表明,此系统既能保证算法的精度又易于开发,具有稳定性好、处理效率高、人机交互性好等优点,有很好的推广价值。In order to ensure the detection accuracy of the products online testing systems based on image processing and simplify the difficulty of software system development. This paper studies the qualified production evaluation algorithm of online automatic sor-ting system using Matlab2010a and method of VB.NET and Matlab2010a mixed programming realization based on COM tech. The re-sults show this method is used to ensures the precision of the detecting results and its easy develop ment. it is of good stability, high processing efficiency, good man-machine interactiov and very good promotion value.
