摘　　要：创建高水平应用型民办大学是经济社会发展之需,是教育改革之势,是民办高校自身发展之要。高水平应用型民办大学的创建是一个系统工程,政府、民办高校和社会必须共同参与,相互配合,形成合力方能收效显著。To create a high-level application-oriented private university is the need of economic and social development,the trend of education reform and the priority of pri- vate university self-development. It is a system engineering that government,private uni- versities and society must participate and cooperate with each other to form a significant result.
