摘  要:某冷轧镀锌生产线出口活套铰链在正常使用过程中发生断裂。利用扫描电镜和金相等分析手段分析了铰链链板的断口和组织,并结合断链板的化学成分和力学性能等分析结果,对铰链断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,链板调质处理的淬火工艺不当及回火温度偏低,造成组织有晶界脆化趋势,加速了裂纹扩展,并最终导致铰链断裂。A vertical exit looper's hinge in a cold rolled galvanizing production line fractured during normal use. The fracture and microstracture were observed by SEM and OM. The chemical contents and mechanical properties of the fractured hinge were tested. It was found that the quenching- tempering treatment of this fractured hinge was not proper and the tempering temperature was too low, which resulted in the microstructure with brittle grain boundary. The brittle grain boundary accelerated the crack propagation and finally leaded to the failure of the hinge.
