摘  要:基于对兰州市五泉山景区游客满意度的问卷调查,应用模糊综合评价方法,定量分析游客对景区的主观体验。建立评价指标体系和因子集合,并用层次分析法确定各因子的权重,计算游客对景区资源感知和服务感知满意度的隶属度。然后从性别、年龄、教育程度、收入、客源地5个角度分别计算了游客对景区资源感知和服务感知满意度的隶属度。结果表明游客的属性差异对景区资源和服务感知以及总体满意度的影响有所不同。It is taken as a case of the Wuquanshan in Lanzhou city, study the tourist satisfaction de- gree, through questionnaire survey and then applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach. First, we build the appraisal target system and factor set, calculate the weight in AHP method, and ap- ply it in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation .Then calculate the membership of the tourist' s satisfac- tion of the quality of landscape and service in the tourist area. Finally, obtain the membership of the overall satisfaction degree. As is shown as follows, the paper study the membership of the tourist' s sat- isfaction degree of the quality of landscape and service in five aspect, such as sex, age, education level, income, source of tourists place. The result indicates that tourist' s satisfaction degree is influenced by their individual differences.
