东宝肝泰片联合易善复治疗非酒精性脂肪肝65例

摘　　要：目的研究东宝肝泰片联合易善复治疗非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床效果。方法使用随机数字表法将收治的126例患者分为对照组61例和观察组65例。对照组给予易善复2粒/次,3次/日;观察组在此基础上给予东宝肝泰片3片/次,3次/日。90 d后检测患者的肝功能和血脂水平,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)均有明显下降(P<0.05),观察组降低更明显,其中TC和TG与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组症状体征、肝功能和血脂的复常率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),停药后均可自行缓解。结论东宝肝泰片联合易善复治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果确切,能明显改善患者肝功能和血脂,安全性较好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Dongbao Gantai Tablet and essentiale in treating the patients with non- alchoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD）. Methods 126 patients with NAFLD in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group（ 61 cases） and the observation group（ 65 cases） according to the randomized digital table. The control group was given essentiale 2pills per time, three times a day, while on this basis the observation group was given Dongbao Gantai Tablet 3 tablets per time, three times a day. The liver function and the blood lipid level after 90 d were detected in the two groups. The recovery rate of the symptoms,signs,liver function,blood fat and B- type ultrasound were statistically analyzed. And the adverse reactions were recorded. Results ALT, AST, TC and TG after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased with statistical differences compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; the decrease in the observation group was more significant,in which the levels of TC and TG showed the statistical differences compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The recovery rate of the symptoms,signs,liver function and blood fat in the observation group was significantly higher than the those in the control group with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions in the observation group was less than those in the control group without statistical difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,which were spontaneously alleviated after drug withdrawal. Conclusion Dongbao Gantai Tablet combined with essentiale in treating NAFLD has definite effects,can significantly improve the liver function and blood fat with good safety,and is worth for clinical promotion and application.
