摘 要:目的建立广东道地药材何首乌的指纹图谱,并对其主要成分进行指认。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立何首乌药材的HPLC-DAD指纹图谱,并采用SPSS软件对指纹图谱结果进行聚类分析。结果确定11个色谱峰为共有峰,13批何首乌药材指纹图谱的相似度良好,对7个主要成分进行了化学指认,SPSS软件将样品聚为Ⅱ类。结论该指纹图谱的建立可对规范何首乌药用资源及质量评价提供科学依据。Objective To establish the chromatographic fingerprint spectrum of Guangdong genuine medicinal material Radix Polygonum multiflori and to identify its main components. Methods The HPLC method was adopted to establish the HPLC- DAD fingerprint spectrum of Radix Polygonum multiflori. Results The 11 chromatographic peaks were confirmed to be the common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints from different sources. The similarity of fingerprints in 13 batches of Radix Polygonum multiflori was fine. The 7 main components were chemically identified. The samples were gathered as the class Ⅱ by the SPSS software. Conclusion The establishment of the HPLC fingerprint spectrum for Radix Polygonum multiflori can provide the scientific basis for standardizing the medicinal resource and the quality evaluation.
