摘　　要：艰苦奋斗是铁军精神的重要内涵,也是铁军最宝贵的品质。今天,艰苦奋斗的优良作风仍是我们的重要法宝,是实现"中国梦"的需要,是保持党的纯洁性先进性的需要,是治国理政现代化的需要。建设幸福美好新盐城,就是要弘扬铁军艰苦奋斗的作风,以铁军精神为坐标,找准差距;以铁军精神为目标,找准方向;以铁军精神为教材,培育民风,为盐城的发展注入正能量。Hard working was the important connotation of the New Fourth Army spirit, it also was tile most precious quality of the New Fourth Army. Today, the good style of arduous struggle is the important magic weapon for us. It is the need to realize China dream, the need of keeping the party＇s purity and the need of governing principle politics modernization. Constructing a new happiness Yancheng is to promote the practice the hard struggle style of the New Fourth Army. The spi：rit of New Fourth Army should be kept in mind so as to find the shortages and calibrating the direction, in this way, injecting positive energy for the con- struetion of new Yancbeng.
