摘　　要：起搏器旋弄综合征为临床起搏器植入术的罕见并发症,多发生于老年女性肥胖患者。虽然其发生率较低,但有潜在致命的危险性。因此,临床应注意预防起搏器旋弄综合征的发生,对已发生者应采取及时有效的治疗措施。本文就1例行永久起搏器植入术2个月后出现旋弄综合征的患者进行报道,旨在加强临床医师对该病的认识。Twiddler＇s syndrome,primarily occurring in elderly female patients with some degree of obesity,is a rare but potentially lethal complication of cardiac pacemaker treatment. Preventive measures,prompt diagnosis,and effective treatment is critical to manage this complication. This article syndrome patients get a routine rotation of permanent pacemaker implantation appears to make a report two months later,in order to allow clinicians to further enhance awareness of the disease.
