摘　　要：目的:探讨老年骨折患者的发生反应性精神障碍情况的护理。方法:回顾性分析52例发生反应性精神障碍的老年骨折患者的骨折特点、心理状态、诱发因素等情况。结果:老年骨折患者反应性精神障碍的发生可能与教育程度、髋部骨折、焦虑型的精神障碍等因素有关。结论:老年骨折患者反应性精神障碍应加强预防及护理干预。To explore the nursing of elderly patients with fracture of mental disorders reaction. Methods： 52 cases of elderly patients with mental disorders were retrospectively analyzed by fracture characteristics, mental state, inducing factors, etc. Results： Elderly patients with fracture of reactive psychiatric disorders might occur with education degree, hip fracture, anxious disorder. Conclusion： nursing prevention and nursing intervention should be strengthened for elderly patients with fracture of reactive psychiatric disorders.
