CT导向下经皮胸部穿刺活检的临床观察及护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨胸部疾病CT引导下经皮穿刺活检术(PPB)的临床价值及护理方法。方法:回顾性分析本院60例CT引导下PPB检查患者的临床资料,并总结护理要点。结果:58例患者穿刺成功,穿刺成功率96.7%;2例患者未完成穿刺;术后并发气胸2例,咯血4例,经对症治疗和护理后,患者恢复良好。结论:CT引导下PPB检查在胸部肿块的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有安全、准确、简便等优点。良好的护理可以提高经皮胸部穿刺的成功率,减少并发症的发生。To explore the effect of puncture biopsy guided by CT and analyze the nursing countermeasures. Methods： Clinical data of 60 patients undergoing puncture biopsy guided by CT in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and main points of care were summarized. Results： 58 patients were successfully punctured, and the success rate of puncture was 96.7%, and 2 patients were not punctured successfully due to cough. After surgery, pneumothorax occurred in 2 patients and hemoptysis in 4 patients. Through symptomatic treatment and nursing all patients recovered well. Conclusion： CT-guided puncture biopsy was a safe,reliable and minimally invasive diagnostic method, and in the process of puncture, good nursing can raise the success rate of puncture and reduce postoperative complications.
