摘　　要：目的:探讨婴幼儿重型麻疹临床护理。方法:回顾分析62例婴幼儿重型麻疹的临床资料。结果:加强呼吸道管理、合理氧疗和严密观察呼吸、消化、神经及循环系统并发症是该病专科护理重点。结论:积极有效的临床专科护理,可以提高婴幼儿重型麻疹抢救成功率,降低病死率。To explore the Nursing of intants with severe measles.Methods： Clinical data from 62 cases of infants with severe measles were analyzed retrospectively . Results： strengthening the management of respirator~ tract and rational oxygen therapy and closely monitoring the respiratory, digestive, nervous and circulatory syste~ complications alone with nursing care. Conclusion： it is valuable for the nursing and actively cooperating with the therapeutic decisions, indicate that successfully rescue rate and mortality rate can be improved.
