摘　　要：报告1例留置尿管引起的阿萨丝孢酵母所致尿路感染。通过病原学诊断和微生物学检查,发现1例患者的尿路感染,为留置管引起的阿萨丝孢酵母所致。临床医生对留置尿管导致真菌感染的情况应引起重视。Through a report of a case of urinary tract iniection induced by Trichosporon asahii from catheter,on the basis of pathogenic diagnosis and microbiological examination, 1 case was found with urinary tract infection, induced by Trichosporon asahil from catheter. Clinicians should raise the awareness of the complications of urinary tract fungi infection induced by catheter.
