摘 要:电连接器的接触可靠性很大程度上取决于接触件的结构设计,为了快速、有效地优化接触件的结构,提出了一个基于接触件结构形式分类的接触件优化设计系统。以圆柱式直开槽接触件的优化设计为例,以电连接器接触件分离力尽量大、插入力尽量小、特性阻抗变化的百分数要尽量小,以及电压驻波比要尽量小为目标函数,通过局部灵敏度分析提取簧片长度、簧片厚度以及开槽宽度为约束条件,建立电连接器接触件优化的数学模型。并在此基础上,运用VB调用Matlab进行求解,方便、快捷地得到接触件的优化结果。The contact reliability of the electrical connector greatly depends on the structural design of the contacts. In order to optimize the structure of the contacts quickly and effectively, an optimizing design system for contacts base on classification of structure was proposed. Taking the design of a certain cylindrical straight slotted socket as an example, the mathematic model established by taking the contact engaging force, contact separating force, percentage of the change in characteristic impedance and voltage standing wave ratio as the optimizing goal, and by taking the leaf length, leaf thickness and slot width as constraint conditions through the analysis of the sensitivity. The results can be obtained by using Matlab quickly and easily.
