摘　　要：地方高师院校在向综合化转型发展的过程中,应该立足地方性、突出师范性、增强应用性,正确处理好对自己传统优势和办学特色的传承与创新,这是关系到学校的转型发展能否沿着正确轨道向前推进并取得成效的关键。This paper points out that in the process of transition to comprehensive universities, local normal colleges should be based on local environment, underline teacher-training and enhance the application. Furthermore, local normal colleges should correctly deal with the inheritance and innovation of their traditional advantages and the characteristics, which is the key to the transition and development of local normal colleges.
