摘  要:结合地方经济发展特色,转型发展建设应用技术大学是培养应用型人才的最根本保障。随着北部湾区域石油化工类产业的迅速发展,培养应用型石油化工类人才的任务非常紧迫。优化人才培养模式,突出培养学生应用型技能的教学改革势在必行。本教学团队以即时通讯软件(QQ软件)为载体开展了应用型人才培养的信息化课后辅导教学改革。总结了以QQ软件进行信息化课后辅导教学改革的经验,指出了QQ软件在课后辅导教学过程应用的不足,并提出了针对性的改进措施。对进一步推广QQ软件在应用型人才培养中的应用具有重要作用,也对培养其他领域应用型人才具有指导意义。Combining uith characteristics of the development of local economy, the construction of university of technology under the background of restructuring and development is the most fundamental measure for educational reformation of applied talents. According to the rapid development of the petrochemical industries in Northern Gulf Area, the tasks of educational reformation of applied talents are very urgent. The previous educational way should be optimized. And the educational reformation for the training of applied petrochemical talents was imperative. Herein, the educational reformation of information technology teaching of applied petrochemical talents was carried out in our teaching team based on the instant messaging software. The experience of the application of instant messaging software in educational reformation of information technology teaching is summarized. And the disadvantages of current instant messaging software are pointed out. Also, the improved methods of the teaching process in the future are proposed. These summarization and suggestions not only plays an important role in the application of instant messaging software in applied talents training but also are instructive to develop other areas of applied talents.
