摘　　要：根据实际控制要求,选用三菱的控制器,通过触摸屏进行人机对话,光电传感器对卷膜的位置进行识别,完成了硬件系统和软件平台的搭建。实践证明,采用该控制方案,性能安全可靠,降低了生产成本,自动化程度高,有效提高缓冲袋的生产效率和质量。To meet the needs of practical control ,both the hardware and software for the buffer bag gas column forming machine are established , in w hich mitsubishi controller , touch-panel human-machine interface and photoelectric sensor are used .It is showed that the control system can be applied to the buffer bag gas column forming machine with high efficiency .
