摘　　要：对不同年限白芍中金属铅、镉、砷、汞、铜等含量进行测定与分析。采用石墨炉原子吸收光度法测定白芍中铅、镉的含量;原子荧光法测定白芍中砷、汞的含量以及电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定白芍中铜的含量。结果表明该方法的可行性。The contents of some metals such as lead ,cadmium ,arsenic ,mercury and copper in peony at different age are tested and analyzed . Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method is used to determine the contents of lead and cadmium , atomic fluorescence spectrometry method to the content of arsenic peony and mercury , and the plasma peony atomic emission spectrometry method to the content of copper .The results show the feasibility of the methods .
