摘　　要：提出一种基于电子开关器件的电火花线切割机床电气系统,用于提高机床电气长期使用的可靠性。采用电子开关类型的新器件取代传统的接触器和机械式行程开关换向,解决了机械式换向在负载电路较大或频繁换向时的弧光放电问题,克服了传统电火花线切割机床电气系统易损易坏、寿命短的缺点。To improve the long-term use reliability of machine electrical devices , this paper puts forward a wire electrical discharge machining electrical system（ WEDM） based on electronic switch device,in which a new type electronic switch is adopted to replace the traditional contactor and mechanical travel switch reversing, the improvement effectively overcomes arc discharge problem while the mechanical commutation in large circuit load or frequent commutation to solve the issue of easy damage and short life on the traditional WEDM.
