摘　　要：数字化建模是产品数字化设计与制造的关键。在对UG软件二次开发工具UG/OPEN GRIP与UG/OPEN Menuscript进行研究的基础上,提出了一个简单、实用的建立数字化虚拟零件库的方法,并以V带轮零件库的建立为例,对该方法的实施过程进行了介绍。该方法对实现产品的数字化设计与制造,以及提高设计效率有重要的指导意义和实用价值。Digital modeling is the key to digital design and manufacturing.Based on the UG second development tool UG/OPEN GRIP and UG/OPEN Menuscript, developed a simple and practical method of establishing digital virtual parts library, and take the V pulley part library as an example, introduced the method. The method has important guiding significance and practical value to realize the digital design and manufacturing of products and improve the efficiency of design.
